Iced Hojichai
Mix 3–4g (1 tablespoon) of Hojichai powder and sugar to taste in hot water (1–4 tbsp), then mix with ice and cold milk.

Coconut Milk Ice Hojichai

Hojicha Ice with Coconut Milk and Soy Milk (1 glass)
Ingredients:
- Hojicha ice cubes (made from hojicha tea)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml soy milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- Coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Mix the coconut milk and soy milk together in a bowl or jug.
- Place hojicha ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour the milk mixture over the ice cubes.
- Add honey to taste.
- Optionally, sprinkle coconut flakes on top for garnish.
For an added twist, try using almond milk instead of soy milk for a richer taste!
