Steeping Info
- Tea: 5 grams. Time: 60 seconds. Water: 70˚C/158˚F, 200 ml.
- The amounts above are guidelines. Adjust to preference.
- Consider also cold steeping (see Steeping Techniques).
Flavor
Soft green notes combine with the toasty flavor of the rice, creating a balanced and refreshing tea. There is no bitterness, and the overall impression is warm, soft, and toasty. This tea could pair well with both sweet and savoury foods.
