We utilize this product to practice appraising and blending leaves in small 1-2 kg production lots. This helps understand the activity of producers. As experimentation we strive for consistency of flavor matching the quality level, but do expect differences from production to production.
Daily Grade
- Notes: A blend low grade but spring-harvested sencha leaves.
- Tea: 5 grams

Delicious Grade
- Notes: A blend of spring harvested sencha leaves. Expect a complex, vegetal flavor with a touch of umami, and strong toastiness.
- Tea: 5 grams

- Water: 80C/175F, 200 ml.
- Steep up to 3 times
Premium Grade
- Notes: Always a blend of delicate, premium spring-harvested sencha leaves. Expect a complex, delicate flavor, with strong umami notes.
- Tea: 5 grams
- Time: 1 - 2 minutes depending on your strength preference.
- Water: 60C/140F, 200 ml.
- Steep up to 3 times
- On second steeping, increase the temperature to 80-90C, and reduce the time to about 20 seconds.
