Matcha Affogato RECIPE
[ one serve ]
6g (2heaping tsp) of Matcha
60ml(4tbsp) of water (70℃ /158°F)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
berries, nuts, wafers for topping, to taste
1 Place Matcha in a cup, pour water (70℃ /158°F), and then whisk well. Using Chasen (bamboo whisk) or milk foamer is easy to make. If you use a normal whisk, sieving Matcha will help you make without lumps.
2 Place 2 small scoops of ice cream and some berries into a small cup or mug, then pour the Matcha over it.
3 Add wafers for topping of your choice.
