Akio Kurihara says…:
Finally finished plucking the first flush tea yesterday. All I have left is to harvest the second flush tea leaves and tea rolling that’s been consigned. I want to make black tea from benifuuki cultivar too… There are still things left to be done but can rest for a bit.
With the support from the family along with many other people, we were able to harvest good quality tea. I feel that tea making cannot be done alone.
Tea, in a sense, is a drink that connect people.

How to choose Japanese tea

We recomend starting with Sampler Sets!
