The amounts below are guidelines. Adjust to preference.
- Tea: 3 grams (0.11 oz)
- Water Amount: 200cc (1 cup, 6.8 fl oz)
- Water Temperature: 80℃ degrees (176˚F degrees)
- Steeping Time: 2 minutes
- Drink with milk: Prepare 250 cc (2 1/4 cup, 8.5 fl oz) of water and 6 grams (0.21 oz) of Organic Oolong Tea in a pot over a heat. Wait until the water is boiling. Then turn down the heat to low and wait for 2 - 3 minutes. Add milk and boil for another 2 minutes. Use tea strainer before pouring into cup. Add sugar to taste.
