We were challenged by our customers to make an amazingly good matcha that is also organic, and this is our answer, Matcha Kaoru ("kaoru" means "aroma" in Japanese). While our matcha are all organic, this one is meant for koicha, or the formal tea ceremony, with a deep, rich umami flavor and low bitterness.
