Hello! We hope that you welcomed September with a sense of curiosity to change as the days become shorter and the air feels cooler, especially in the early mornings and at night. We are happy to announce that we will be offering a few Online Yunomi Yoga Sessions this fall. Please read below for details, we would be delighted if you could join us!
We will be offering a few 60-minute yoga classes for mindful movement as we believe a tea-steeped life extends into our way of life. With the ongoing covid-19 pandemic we are all experiencing, we would like to offer an online space to move and breathe together. This month, we will be having a cup of tea (although we will not force you!) before we start moving as a way to arrive and come together in an imaginary online circle. The theme for September will be on the Japanese concept of Ma (間); the spaces in between.
The general structure of our time together will be
- First 15-20 min: Arrival into the shared virtual space with your cup of tea, introduce the Japanese concept of Ma (間)
- 5 minutes: Transition time into movement
- 60 min: Mindful Yoga
- Remaining Time: Closure
- September 30th (Wed)
- October 3rd (Sat)
- October 7th (Wed)
- October 17th (Sat)
All classes will be held at the below time in these time zones:
- 16:00 - 17:30, London
- 11:00 - 12:30, New York
- 10:00 - 11:30, Chicago
- 08:00 - 09:30, Los Angeles

$15.00: a portion of these funds will go to the Coronavirus Tea Fund

What you need to prepare:
PC with Internet connection, Zoom.us (you don't need to register if you use on your web browser, but you can also download the app for free), a space to move (yoga mat would be good), a cup of tea to arrive, water, and your curiosity!
