Specializing in Cochinyaki or Cochin ware, ceramic artist Nanzan Ito has fused ancient Chinese pottery techniques brought to Japan hundreds of years ago with contemporary aesthetic to produce teaware appropriate for true Chajin tea connoisseurs.

If you're lucky enough to be living in Honolulu, Hawaii, or Paris, France, Nanzan is also co-owner of the elite Japanese cuisine restaurant Nanzan Giro Giro Restaurant (Yelp! page). His beautiful pieces are used in each luxurious dinner set. The restaurant side is managed by famous Kyoto kuzashi kaiseki (a premium cuisine style) restaurant Giro Giro
