Matcha Powder
Ingredients:
- Pancake mix 200g (7.05 oz)
- Matcha 1 tablespoon (Kitchen Grade Matcha recommended)
- Butter (room temperature) 50g (1.76 oz)
- Milk 40cc (1.36 fl oz)
- White chocolate about 50g-60g (1.76-2.11 oz)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 170C (338F)
- Chop white chocolate into desirable size
- Add matcha into pancake mix and stir
- Add butter (room temperature) into [3] and mix
- Add milk and chocolate into [4] and knead
- Finally, use your hands to knead, bundle the dough, and place it on a baking sheet
- Press dough into a circle to desired thickness and cut into 8 wedges
- Bake in 170C (338F) oven for 25 min
