A round wooden coaster crafted from a wild cherry tree (山桜, yamazakura) in Tsukechicho, Nakatsugawa city, Gifu Prefecture.
Tsukechicho is a small mountainous town famous for sourcing high quality wood. Their wood is used as sacred trees at Ise Jingu Shrine upon renewing the shrine once every 20 years.
