Although the new tea buds were growing 3 days ahead compared to every year, due to the snowfall on April 8th and the cold weather that followed, shincha harvesting in our greenhouse this year was 5 days later than usual.
Harvested shincha tea leaves are being processed at our factory.
Fresh green aroma of shincha is filling up our factory.
