The delicious blend of tencha leaves (tea leaf processed into flakes) by master blender, CEO Hiroshi Kobayashi, has created an exquisite matcha for tea ceremony practitioners. Hatsu Mukashi, a blend meant for making Koicha, thick tea, with an intense explosion of umami flavor.
