Note for USA: On August 29, 2025, US eliminated the $800 de minimis exception for small orders, and all USA orders will be subject to a 15% base tariff + any specific tariffs for products. On Nov 14, an exception was suddenly made for many agricultural products including tea. We will collect tariffs through our system (it will appear at checkout as "duties"), and pay it on your behalf through DHL, FEDEX or UPS. If couriers make a mistake, we will pay for it, not you. Postal mail unfortunately has been suspended by Japan Post for commercials shipments to the USA.
