Note for USA: On August 29, 2025, US eliminated the $800 de minimis exception for small orders, and all USA orders will be subject to a 15% base tariff + any specific tariffs for products. On Nov 14, an exception was suddenly made for agricultural products. We will collect tariffs through our system (it will appear at checkout as "duties"), and pay it on your behalf through DHL, FEDEX or UPS, but the system may collect tariffs unnecessarily if the data feed is not working properly due to this sudden change. If charged mistakenly, we will refund you by store credit for any tariffs charged at a rate of 1.1x of the tariff charged (please contact us if you'd like a refund to your credit card at the 1x rate). Store credit will appear as a payment method at checkout if you are logged in. Postal mail unfortunately has been suspended by Japan Post.
