Crafted by Yamadaya Manju, a confectionery established in 1867, Kira is a luxurious ready-to-drink oshiruko (sweet red bean soup) made with carefully selected Hokkaido azuki beans and pure spring water from the Shikoku Karst.
Unlike instant or diluted sweet bean soups, Kira is made using Yamadaya's signature smooth koshi-an (strained red bean paste), creating a silky texture and elegant sweetness that showcases the natural flavor of premium azuki beans.
