The finest organic matcha made with leaves grown at an altitude of 300 - 500 meters in the Tenryu mountains, this matcha was ground by stone mill. Osada Tea has carefully grounded this matcha from a cultivar called "Gokou". Made without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Gokou cultivar:  A cultivar that was  specifically developed to suit the soil and climate of Kyoto prefecture. Very well-suited for shading, it is often made into gyokuro or matcha. Gokou is quite common to come across in Kyoto Prefecture, characteristic with its' earthy aroma and deep umami.

Instructions

Yunomi generally recommends 1g per 50 ml, but Osada-san recommends a little thicker matcha: 2g pr 70 ml made with 80C/176F degree water.
