きらり31 について

「きらり31」は、“さきみどり”と“さえみどり”を交配して得られた系統で、かぶせ茶や玉露に適した品種です。早生で摘採時期は“やぶきた”よりも2～3日程度早く、耐寒性が強く、収量は“やぶきた”よりも多いのが特徴です。アミノ酸の含有量が高く、水色（すいしょく）も良く、被覆栽培でさらに品質の向上が期待できます。\n
