- First Steeping: Tea: 5g, Time: 2 minutes, Water: 60C/140F, 20 ml. You are attempting to extract primarily umami flavor into a concentrate syrup.
- Second Steeping: Time: 15 seconds, Water: 80C/176F, 200 ml.
- 3rd - 4th Steepings: Time: 30-60 seconds, Water: 80C/176F, 200 ml.
