Yunomi.Cafe Iced Latte Recipes

Premium Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 4g(2tsp) Matcha
  • 60ml Hot water(60°C)
  • 160ml Milk
Ube Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 4g(2tsp) Matcha
  • 60ml Hot water
  • 5ml Ube syrup
  • 160ml Milk
Hojicha Latte

Ingredients

  • 4g(2tsp) Hojicha powder
  • 60ml Hot water
  • 160ml Milk
Hojicha Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 4g(2tsp) Genmaicha powder
  • 60ml Hot water
  • 160ml Milk
Beachside Latte

Ingredients

  • 4g(2tsp) Hojichai powder
  • 60ml Hot water
  • 5ml Citrus blue syrup
  • 160ml Milk

How to Make (Common for all 6 Lattes)

  1. Make a Tea Base: In a small bowl, combine the tea powder with hot water (60°C/140°F) using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until fully dissolved.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes and milk. (Add syrup here if the recipe includes it, and stir well).
  3. Layer the Latte: Gently pour the tea mixture from Step 1 over the milk to create a beautiful layer.  

Tips: 

  • Milk Options at the Cafe: we offer a choice of dairy milk or almond milk for all of our iced lattes.
  • Using a Chasen: We always use a chasen(bamboo whisk) to prepare the tea base. This ensures a smooth texture for every cup.
