The finest matcha made with single cultivar Samidori tea leaves grown under canopy and handpicked in the Tenryu mountains of Western Shizuoka. Osada Tea works closely with farms to ensure highest quality with minimal impact to the environment, and grinds the tencha leaves into matcha by stone mill after refinement.

Instructions

Yunomi generally recommends 1g per 50 ml, but Osada-san recommends a little thicker matcha: 2g pr 70 ml made with 80C/176F degree water.
