Chazuke literally means "soaked in tea", and refers to a popular style of pouring tea flavored with soup broth onto your cooked rice for a kind of rice soup. A product that Kameya foods is proud of, the wasabi of this chazuke comes from Izu and you will be pleasantly surprised at the tingling and refreshing sensation of wasabi through your nose, definitely an adult flavor. Chazuke can be a delicious way to start your day for breakfast (the wasabi may help you wake up, too!), a quick lunch, or a light addition to your dinner. One may also use this product not as a chazuke but as a topping for your rice/rice balls and in your pasta.
