YUNOMI.LIFE'S DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We guarantee delivery for all orders shipped by airmail with a tracking number. (Conditions apply. Exceptions when notified.) Occasionally, orders may require additional customs processing for import. We will aid you to the fullest extent of our ability. If your order does not arrive within ONE month from shipment due to no fault of your own, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if we think delivery to your address may be difficult. This guarantee does not apply if recipient neglects or refuses to pay customs fees & import taxes, neglects to retrieve an order held at a post office or distribution center, or if the order is not deliverable due to a wrong address. Carbon-neutral shipping on all orders

This product helps us to manage inventory—there might be a few units of a tea left and we want to get a new batch in without mixing them together. Customers will be able to get a variety of tea at a discount of at least 20% off the retail value in addition to any other discounts or promotions that may apply

  • At least 10 different types of green tea chosen by our staff
  • At least a minimum total retail value of 20,000 yen (about US$130 depending on the exchange rate)
  • All sales final 

This set will mainly include Gyokuro, Kabusecha, Sencha, Fukamushicha, Aracha, Kukicha, Konacha, Genmaicha, Hojicha, and other unflavored green tea. Other teas may be included if the 1 kg minimum for green tea is met.
