4th generation tea farmer, Ohtaka Kazuhiko and his son continue their family’s tradition dating back nearly a century now. A master of handrolling tea, Ohtaka-san utilizes his knowledge, skill and experience in handrolling to craft tea leaves in his own factory on the farm.
