  1. add it to the order notes box or Company name box when you place an order
  2. or inform us by contacting help@yunomi.life after placing an order (include order number in email subject)

Individual─ Indonesian Nationals

(1) Indonesian ID Number  (NIK – Nomor Induk Kependudukan)

(Note) Also known as their ID Card (KTP─Kartu Tanda Penduduk)

(2) Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM─Surat Izin Mengemudi)

Individual─ Foreigners

Living in Indonesia

(1) Indonesian Driver’s License

(2) Passport Number / Passport Photo ID

(3) Long Term Stay Passes – KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit)/ KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit)

Company

 (1) Local Tax ID (NPWP─Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak)
