This is still an experimental, in-the-works concept brand by Yunomi's Tea Merchant, Ian Chun. "I was born and raised in Hawaii, and fell in love with Japan in college. I love the aesthetic and philosophy of Japanese tea and wabi sabi, but I do yearn for the warmth of Hawaii's Aloha spirit. Ohana Botanica is my effort to combine these two concepts, to present a 'Japanese living infused with Aloha'."

Ohana means "family" in Hawaiian and "flower" in Japanese. The products we create in Ohana Botanica will bring the warmth of Aloha and the beauty of nature into the home and family.
