Homme Asakichi Tea Factory, an award winning tea blender, presents a JAS-certified organic fukamushi (or deep-steamed) sencha from the World Heritage region of Kunisaki Peninsula in Oita Prefecture.

翠 - The Japanese name for this tea is "sui" or "jade green". The leaves used for this product come from a later harvest, generally mid to late May instead of late April or early May used for their premium version.

Steeping Recommendation (per person)

  • Tea: 5g. Time: 1 min. Water: 70C / 158F degrees, 200 ml.
  • Resteep up to 3 times.
