Please delight in the light umami and sweetness as well as the refreshingness that is particular to the stems. In general, this gyokuro kukicha will be slightly lighter and sweeter flavor than the gyokuro which it was made. Please enjoy the delicate aroma as well as the mellow and savory aftertaste.
