Yomogi-cha is a caffeine-free herbal tea. Yomogi (a herb called "mugwort" in English) is often used for making yomogi-dango or yomogi-mochi (yomogi rice cake). It is said that in Japan, people that are sensitive to cold drink yomogi-cha to keep their body warm.

Steeping Notes
3 grams (1 big heaping tablespoon) of yomogi-cha .
200 ml / 1 cup of water at 90˚C/194˚F degrees.
Steep for 2-3 minutes or to desired intensity.
