A limited edition hand-rolled sencha, or temomicha, from the Mizumi-iro Village of Shiuzoka Prefecture. Hand-rolled tea is the basis of all machine-processed tea in Japan, and farmers often study hand-rolling techniques to utilize their rolling machines more skillfully. The process takes 5-6 hours, and can only be made a few kilograms at a time. (Video below of handrolling from Obubu Tea.)
