Tea farmer Takayuki Tarui has a special warehouse with a temperature cooled environment set to -20C degrees where he ages his teas. In 1991, he began aging in this storage unit a few kilograms of oolong tea made from the rare cultivar known only by it's registration number 7132. Cultivated without pesticides or synthetic fertilized, and aged for nearly 3 decades, this oolong is special beyond comparison.
