Kamakura-based tea brand Chabakka Tea Parks presents a single cultivar, single estate sencha. This tea leaf made from the Soufuu cultivar boasts a bright floral aroma and refreshingly fruity flavor profile.
Farmer Takahashi-san harvests the leaf in late April then withered it slightly to impart a floral aroma before finally processing into sencha.
