Beautiful contrast of the inner blue and the white outer surface is expressed in this cup.
The dots (holes) on the surface of the cup are connected in lines to recreate the image of the constellations. Blue glaze is applied onto these holes from both inside and outside of the cup to prevent liquid from leaking. Light shines through the small dotted window, creating an interesting effect to the work.
Recommended as a gift.

It is one of the most recognizable constellations in the summer sky and is known as the Northern Cross. Scorpio, one of the constellations of the zodiac, lies near the Milky Way and the name comes from Latin word for scorpion. In Greek Mythology, Scorpio is referred together with Orion.
