For over 400 years, the producers in Otoyo Town spend two months in early autumn to create this Puerh-like post-fermented tea.
Goishicha Steeping Recommendation
By tea pot, place 1 block of goishicha (about 3 grams) into a tea pot (350 cc) and steep with hot water for 4-5 minutes. You can also brew this tea in a kettle: 1 block, 2 liters (2.11 quarts) of water for 10 minutes.
