Lemongrass Houjicha uses lemongrass grown organically without the use of pesticides, in the city of Takeo, Saga prefecture and Okawa, Fukuoka Prefecture in Kyushu. A mixture of fresh lemon and sweet smoky flavor is the secret behind the popularity of this new type of herbal tea.
