Nori seaweed is often seen in large square panels for making sushi, or big strips for eating with rice (or as a snack). These small strips are used primarily as a garnishing for dishes like ramen noodles, soba noodles, udon noodles, somen noodles, or even Japanese-styled spaghetti.

You might also use it to garnish tofu or ochazuke (rice in a tea-based broth).

The resealable bag with this product helps preserve the strips against moisture. Avoid moisture like the plague!!
