Review this tea on Steepster

Have you ever heard of matcha that is green roasted? This extremely rare roasted Matcha is sold only in the Cha Ginza store located in the posh Ginza district of Tokyo, but we are offering this exclusive product to Yunomi's matcha lovers!

The unforgettable taste of this green roasted matcha attracts many people that have tasted this at the Cha Ginza tea room. The process of making a good-tasting roasted matcha is difficult, and involves a careful light heating of the tencha leaves to impart them with a sweet/roastiness before it is ground into matcha powder.

NOTE: This product has been renamed "Cha Ginza: Matcha" but the creation process has not changed.
