Description
A lightly steamed (asamushi) sencha, grown and processed by 4th, 5th, and 6th generation tea farmers of the Yokota family in the Sayama region of Saitama specifically for this year's tea competition in Autumn. The light steaming helps the leaves retain its shape and creates a delicate, translucent, golden-colored tea.
