A sweet matcha flavored with the sakura blossoms of the Japanese spring (actual flavor comes from the sakura leaves though, so powdered Sakura leaves from a Shizuoka farm growing organically was used). Add hot milk to transform this into a delicious latte!
- Tea: 5-10 grams (1-2 tsp) depending on your strength preference
- Water: 70C/160F, 100 ml
- Mix well and enjoy!
