Mountain Shiitake is Really Delicious!

mountain shiitakeWe went shiitake picking! The low temperature in the mountains of Yabemura means that the shiitake mushrooms grown here are quite delicious. Between shipping our tea and picking shiitake, I’m all over the place…quite busy!

Busy, but when you put effort into each task, you somehow finish. Ganbarimasu!
