Grown without chemical-based pesticides or fertilizers, the mulberry leaves used for kuwacha matcha tea are ground into fine powder like traditional matcha tea powder.
For one cup of tea, use 1/3 of a teaspoon of tea powder. Mix well in hot water. Creating a mulberry tea latter with steamed milk is also highly recommended, as is using it for baking.
