Our own rough translation of the back of the box:
Itohkyuemon has carefully selected Uji matcha, Japan-grown chicken, carrots, and potatoes to create this rich and spicy matcha-infused curry.
Itohkyuemon is a historical tea shop located in Uji City of Kyoto, near the National Treasure, Byoudoin Temple.
Instructions for the microwave:
Remove the bag from the box, and without opening it, place it in the microwave with the side that says おもて面 (front side) facing up. Microwave for 2 minutes (for a 500W microwave, possibly shorter depending on your microwave's strength).
As the bag heats, steam will start coming out of a corner.
After it has finished microwaving, and when the steam stops coming out of the bag, you may remove it from the microwave.
Instructions for the boiling
Place the unopened bag in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes to heat up the contents.
Once you have heated the package, please eat it immediately.
Do not heat in an industrial microwave.
Do not heat in an oven or oven toaster.
Do not use automatic heating settings on your microwave.
If heating using boiling water, do not place a lid on the pot.
After heating the contents will be very hot. Please take care not to burn yourself.
If reheating a second time, be sure to remove the contents from the bag and heat in a pot.
